Mr. Bean — A Character I viewed totally differently as a child and an adult.

Whenever we watched Mr. Bean’s shows (both real and animated) as children, he seemed to be an idiot and a vagabond. He would roam around and annoy others around him. That’s why no one would be with him. Wherever he went, be it church, hotel, hospital, or railway station, he was always alone. He would make fun of himself in front of others and would often embarrass himself. He behaved childishly. We used to laugh at his nature and mock him for not having friends. As kids, we loved the character for making us laugh, but as we grew up, we realized there are some things we can learn from the character of Mr. Bean.

He actually taught us many important lessons about life.

1. As we grew up, we realized he enjoyed his own company. It taught us that we don’t need others to make us happy.
2. There is no need to expect happiness from others. He was often the subject of laughter for others because of his actions. He never cared what others thought about him. This attitude is very important in life.
3. Problems exist in our life in one form or another. Mr. Bean was always curious to find a solution to the problems he faced.
4. He took pleasure in small things like solving a problem (for example). Thus, it taught us to enjoy every small bit of good things that happen to us.
5. He lived every moment to the fullest. It teaches us to take pride in each moment of our life even if it’s a bit tough or a struggle.

As a child, it seemed nonsensical, but as we grew up, we realized it’s always better to enjoy your own company. As a child, it seemed Mr. Bean had a lonely and sad life, but as we grew up, we realized he had the happiest life and he had the company of himself.
